STORM enjoyed the support of very special guests Bishop Rose and Kanya King CBE who joined the Mayor of Wandsworth, Councillor Jeremy Ambache, and a host of guests from Wandsworth Council plus STORM centre regulars and supporters, to give Her Majesty the warmest of welcomes from all the STORM family.

A big thank you to The Black British Network for the amazing Black Conference on 29th and 30th November 2022. This amazing event saw another promotion of unity and peace for all people while encouraging Black British entrepreneurship

In August 2022, founder and CEO Marie leapt out of an aeroplane for our charity. Big news considering that she has doesn’t like heights or even flying for that matter. She confronted her fears and literaly took the leap to inspire everyone suffering anxiety and trauma to #facethefear.

For everyone who comes through our doors seeking help from trauma because of domestic violence or sexual abuse, we encourage you to know that you can face the fear and be empowered – you are not alone
